Format & Rules

Competition Structure

  • • 4 groups of 3 teams (each team gets 2 group matches)
  • • Top 2 from each group advance to knockout stage
  • • Quarterfinals Playoffs between 3rd place teams
  • • Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Final

Team Requirements

  • • 7 players + GK (8 total) on field
  • • Minimum 5 players to start
  • • Roster cap: 12-14 players recommended
  • • Rolling substitutions at any stoppage

Safety Rules

  • • No slide tackles (shoulder-to-shoulder fair)
  • • No offside rule
  • • All free kicks indirect except PKs

Match Lengths

  • • Group Stage: 16 min + 4 min turnover (20 min slot)
  • • Quarter/Semifinals: 18 min + 2 min turnover (20 min slot)
  • • Final: 2 × 12 min halves + 3 min halftime (30 min slot)
